Had a very positive experience today with Najim when he came to replace the blower motor in my furnace. He arrived in the designated time slot I had been assigned, was respectful of my home, completed the work required & answered my questions.
Given my initial interaction with Steve when he came to assess my problem and today’s experience with Najim, I would not hesitate to recommend HAMCO.

Technicians arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to get started. They arrived and explained each step of the process clearly and patiently answered all my questions, while welcoming my suggestions and ideas. Their professionalism, preparedness, and willingness to listen was appreciated.

It was refreshing to see a female technician working confidently in the field—a positive reflection of how the profession continues to evolve. Her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions and welcome ideas made the experience all the more positive.

They were very accommodating and flexible, allowing me to arrange for a local independent scrap metal collector, who is also a friend, to pick up the scrap metal. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my arrangements and work with me to find a practical and beneficial solution.

The end result. It was a long day, and the crew worked virtually nonstop, finishing at 7:00 p.m. They cleaned up everything, removed all scraps and containers, and then took time to explain the operation of the newly installed units.

The company I had servicing my furnace/AC was purchased by HAMCO. I called to get an appointment for winter maintenance. My appointment was for today between 12 and 4. At 10:30 I got a call from Derek asking if it would be okay if he came in 20 minutes. Fine by me. What a great guy. He answered my questions, did the work and was so very polite.
