We got tankless and furnace service. Christian showed up on time as scheduled. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick. Offered tips and tricks for us to maintain our equipment and provided a full report for each appliances. We asked for a flush on our tankless but he advised that we were missing components to effectively do it. He offered the solution and timeline when we could do the service without causing issue to the unit.10/10 recommend Hamco...well Christian who represents themWill have them back again for future service and or repairs

HAMCO was able to schedule an install for my water heater within a week's time and the work was done very fast and they cleaned up well. I'm very happy to have had HAMCO replace the Reliance water heater rental in my house and I will be seeking their services in the future for other heating/cooling work if I need it. They were also very flexible about hanging on to the rental unit and returning it for me, which I appreciate very much.

Cameron the technician performed the yearly maintenance on our Furnace and was very professional while he performed this service. He even took his boots off upon entering our home and asked if he could use the laundry sink in order to clean a part so that it would work better. I was very happy with his work.

Moved in to a new home with a pretty new furnace, heat pump and smart thermostat. The later two I know nothing about! Had HAMCO come to do a maintenance inspection. Christian was courteous and polite. Explained the furnace and some features on the thermostat and answered all my questions. I needed my gas fireplace cleaned and Christian showed up from Hamco! Christian was extremely pleasant, talkative and even loved up my German Sheppard ! We had Hamco supply and install a new residential boiler and indirect water heater at the end of September and could not be more pleased with the result. Jordan, the estimator, patiently explained our equipment options, provided references for work done in our neighbourhood, and responded promptly to further queries. The price he quoted was far below that of other firms. As residential jobs go, this was a large one and a crew of four was here for two long days getting it done. Under crew leader Justin’s management, the job went very well and any questions of ours were addressed immediately. Clean-up at the end of the job was well done and all scrap (two old boilers, a water heater tank, piping) was removed. Our home was left in excellent condition. With this review, we want to thank Hamco for a job well done, and wish to encourage potential customers to hire them. We would use them again without hesitation.

I've dealt with HAMCO for a few years now and I've always found their service to be honest and reliable. I recently had my tankless water heater de-scaled by Najim, one of their techs, and he was fantastic! He took his time, paid attention to detail, was clean and courteous. He even took a look at my furnace and made an adjustment for free! Highly recommend Najim and HAMCO overall. They might be on bit of the expensive side, but you get what you pay for really....

We had an excellent experience working with HamCo for our new heat pump installation. From the very beginning, Andrew guided us through every step of the process — from choosing the right unit for our home (we went with a Daikin heat pump/furnace combo) to walking us through budget details and keeping everything honest and transparent. When we decided to also add a hot water heat pump, Andrew made that seamless too.He was incredible with the paperwork for the Ontario government rebates, making sure we had everything in order for both the heat pump and water heater. The installation itself was smooth and even finished a full day ahead of schedule. The team removed and returned our rental hot water heater, handled the refund process for us, and kept the house spotless throughout. Every installer we met was polite, professional, and clearly knew their stuff.It’s been about a month since the install, and everything looks fantastic and is working beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend HamCo to anyone considering a heat pump.

Veronica and Shamar did a superb job for us installing a Daiken ductless heatpump in our 14th floor condo. They laid out drop sheets and were in and out in less time than we anticipated. Our AC stopped working during a heat wave. I called well into the evening, and Najim came at 9 p.m. to help us.He was friendly and knowledgeable. After one look at the AC unit, he knew what was happening and communicated it to me effectively and clearly.Twenty minutes later, AC was up and running.

Christian came by today to address a gas leak in our furnace. He arrived in his scheduled window and called when on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, showing me where the leaks were. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Hamco. Andrew was so great to deal with and checked in about our satisfaction regularly. Najim and his team worked so hard and efficiently to get our gas fireplace installed and also to put a new vent in our chimney. He communicated well and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with his work. I called Hamco to learn more about a humidifier for my furnace. Hamco installed two HVAC systems in my home over the past many years...great service and price...no need to shop around. We were recently faced with our 17-year-old furnace breaking down and beyond repair. Despite the extremely cold weather that resulted in a larger number of service needs for Hamco, Najim met with us in just over 24 hours, spent time accessing and explaining the situation and offering the best options for the needed replacement. He worked to get us up and running quickly with a Saturday install and left us with a space heater to ease discomfort overnight. He was personable, knowledgeable and took time to ensure we were happy with the decision we made. It wasn't an expense we had planned for but Najim eased the situation with his excellent customer service. He was happy to answer any questions we had and worked to ensure we got the best price and service possible. Veronika and Shemar arrived early the next day to replace our furnace with a new Daikin. They were also personable, professional and efficient. We feel fortunate to have Hamco to count on with HVAC needs. They have a great team of people who also seem to greatly appreciate how they are respected and treated by the company. It's wonderful to have a local family-owned business providing excellent service. We've been with Hamco (initial installs and service plans) for 17 years and plan to continue with them as needs arise.

Our furnace died on us on one of the coldest nights of the year at the start of the christmas holidays. We immediately started looking around for a new furnace and settled on Hamco for a few reasons. First off the original furnace which had lasted 50 years was installed by them and with that track record they seemed like a good choice. 2nd Jim the sales person was great at understanding what we needed, helping us figure out what furnace was the best fit for our needs and even provided us with an extra heater till the new furnace was installed. 3rd The install team of Josh and Nick got the job done efficiently and explained everything to us. The furnace was working that day and was much more efficient then our old furnace.
