 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  The company I had servicing my furnace/AC was purchased by HAMCO. I called to get an appointment for winter maintenance. My appointment was for today between 12 and 4. At 10:30 I got a call from Derek asking if it would be okay if he came in 20 minutes. Fine by me. What a great guy. I called Hamco and Stefan came out within a few hours and did a fantastic job figuring out the issue and solving it on the spot! When all was said and done, the bill was under $200. He showed me how I could prevent the problem from happening in the future and also provided advice about maintenance of the system.
