Honest, expert advice! I asked HAMCO about adding a HEPA filter and UV light to my gas forced air furnace. We had a leak coming from our furnace, so called to have it looked at. Christian showed up on time(doesn’t often happen in service industry)! He was really polite and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly (blockage in drainage pipe), and had it fixed. I always have lots of questions about the problem and what to do going forward and he was able to answer them all. Whole visit took about 20 minutes. Very satisfied! Thanks HAMCO!

I've been dealing with Hamco now for 26 years - on my 3rd house and have only had good experiences with Hamco. An example of how their staff go above and beyond is during the installation of my furnace in 2006, my elderly neighbour complained about the wasps flying around her house. The furnace installers noticed where they were going in and resolved the problem.I get the air-conditioner checked annually and the technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Cameron who looked after the inspection today and explained the readings today.I would, without reservation, recommend Hamco to anyone needing heating and cooling equipment.

After doing a significant amount of research I contracted with HAMCO to install a heat pump to replace my aging air conditioner, and a new furnace. Andrew Vasilak handled the transaction, and he was terrific to deal with. He was helpful, informative, and there were no high pressure sales tactics. The quote was identical to what I paid.The installation of the products was superb! Both my new heat pump and furnace were installed in one day. The four men who did the installation were on time, dependable and thorough. Since the installation the heat pump has been superb. Air quality in the house is significantly better, and the air temperature has been constant. I had one minor problem, and called HAMCO late at night on a long holiday weekend for assistance. I had a return phone call back in five minutes, a repairman out to my house the next morning, and the problem was fixed quickly. The service technician who dealt with my issue was professional, polite and responsive.HAMCO has been around since 1946. They are an established Hamilton company that offers old fashioned, high quality service at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.Update: May 12/26I just had HAMCO into perform an annual inspection of my heat pump, furnace and water heater. Christian did an amazing job! He was professional, thorough and extremely detailed. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and his answers to my questions were clear and concise.I continue to be impressed with HAMCO. They do amazing work, and it is reassuring to know you can depend upon them when necessary.

On one of the coldest days in February on a weekend my furnace stopped working. I called Hamco because they do yearly maintenance checks. Derek called me immediately to discuss the problem and within an hour he arrived. There was a problem with the pressure switch and he fixed it. I cannot say enough good things about Stefan, Jordan, and the entire Hamco team. This is a team with as much integrity as they have expertise.We were experiencing intermittent outages and error codes on our 12 year old Viessmann boiler and after a competitor had been called out 3 times in the course of a week to fix it and told me I had to replace the whole thing I called Hamco to compare pricing.Not only did Hamco come in 50% cheaper than the competition on the quote to install a replacement the very next day, they encouraged me to let their tech take a look at the boiler first to confirm it in fact needed replacing.Stefan came out same day, exactly when they said he would and gave the boiler a full once over. He pulled it apart, checked the probes and ignitor, cleaned every nook and cranny, reassembled everything and flashed it back up. It's been burning hot since with no issues. Didn't even need replacement parts, let alone to be replaced outright!Thank you, Hamco. Jordan, Stefan and team will definitely be my first call for any and all our boiler and radiator needs moving forward!

We were lucky to have Cameron as our HAMCO furnace service tech in our home today. He is, in my opinion, an excellent example of a professional who knows how to properly & courteously conduct himself in a residential setting.Cameron called just ahead of his visit to let us know he was on the way, arriving within the allotted timeframe with all necessary tools, equipment & documentation required for this service, packaged in a polite & warm greeting at the door. He asked if it was ok to wear his boots downstairs while working; once ok'd he carried his boots in hand downstairs and then back up to the foyer once done. Upon completion Cameron presented a completed maintenance report which was legible, clear & easy to understand. He cleaned up the work area, leaving it as clean as he found it. He is welcome in our home any time.
